|Group Description:||Come and join us for a gentle stroll and enjoy the exercise, as well as the chat. Walks are usually no more than 2 miles at a leisurely pace and are not strenuous. Strong footwear – not necessarily walking boots – is recommended as the ground can sometimes be wet underfoot. Waterproof outerwear would also be considered essential – although thankfully not always necessary. After the walk, we may visit a local eating place for a coffee and continue the chat. It’s up to each individual.|
